Money taken off twice

This morning I went to draw R 350.00 at a Standard Bank ATM and the transaction was cancelled automatically and the slip that I received said TRANSACTION CANCELLED - COMMUNICATION ERROR and no money was dispensed. I went to the ABSA ATM did the same request and receive the R 350.00. However the first R 350.00 that was requested at the STANDARD BANK ATM was also deducted from my account. I phoned the call centre and was informed I must wait 31 Days for this to be investigated as I did not do the transaction at a CAPITEC ATM - if it was done it would have taken 4 Days. However they can't make any commitment that I will ever receive my money back. I totally understand now why the banking charges is so little as CAPITAC don't worry about their customers - you must just wait. That R 350.00 was intended for my babies milk and what must I do now. I transfered all my money now out of the account in fear that somebody might hack into my banking account because I shudder to think what would happen if that money would get. I can't believe this is how customers get treated. Reference Number: 8229698.
