I have recently been offered a better quote with MIway Insurance. I have been with OUTsurance for 1.75 years. OUTsurance could not beat MIways quote. I am not sure how the R400 being paid works but despite that they (OUTsurance) could not beat the quote, they did not deliver or even make mention of the R400 they would pay (as advertised) in the event that they cannot offer a better premium. To add to this, I received an email at 05:36 this morning to advise that they have re-rated my premium on a policy which I cancelled 2 days ago and the premium which I was paying at the time increased by about R60.00 to be deducted in March. I tried to call the call center but the line just went dead. I have been a loyal client and always paid my premiums, never claimed and on occassion received bad service. They did not try very hard to keep me as a client. I definitely did not get anything OUT. Disappointed.
