Numerous phone calls - Still the same

I have a personal loan with Capitec Bank. I work for the Gauteng Education Department as an ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT.
EVERY TIME at the end of a term (like today 6/12/2013), ABSA sents me a sms to to put money in my account as Capitec debit order needs to go off. I phoned several times (as this is costing me a lot of extra fees) and informed them that even though I work for the GDE I only get paid the LAST day of the month, but EVERY term they try to deduct the money from my account even though there is not enough money for the debit order!

I am sick an tired of this as Capitec and ABSA does not give a about the banking fess - more money for them.

So if someone, who actually knows what they are doing, can phone me from Capitec Bank, I will appreciate it!!! The day I applied, I clearly stated that I receive my salary at the END of the month.
