I went to ATM to withdraw money! Money got debited off my account at Capitec but ATM never gave me any cash!
Phoned ABSA Bank they told me to speak to my own bank! So I contacted my own bank, they told me they have to do an investigation and it will take up to 31 days. I have a receipt that states there was no cash dispensed, I have to now survive without money until they decide they can refund me my money! In the mean time how must I buy food for my two babies? This happened on the 30-11-13 and until today the 11-12-2013, Capitec has made no effort what so ever to contact me to resolve the matter. I had to phone in every time to get any feed back and have been given a Ref number, sorry you have to wait!! Come on is that the best you can do?
