I understand that processes are in place regarding communication between banks, however as a client making use of a service I have to wait an amount of 30 days not to get my money back but for Feedback! I am completely upset with this as I was making use of an ABSA atm as there was no CAPITEC atm available, yet the amount of R400 is deducted from my account but not dispensed. When going to my bank they advised me of the incident and the waiting period, which I think is unacceptable because if I have proof that there was an error that occurred, why should I be treated as if I'm trying to get money I don't deserve. Its my money and I need it, yet I am begging as if it was not mine in the first place.
