Very irritated with Bad Service

I settled my loan account last week thursday 28/8/2013 I called the Customer service call centre to tell them that I settled my account, they checked on the system and told me the money was allocated to my account and I must fax my proof of payment (Why I dont know because they could see on the system the money was paid into the loan account) as there was a refund due to me as I paid more into the loan account, I faxed the proof through and they sent me an sms with my reference number: 9838746 and said they will give me feedback on my account or I should call the call centre again.
This morning I call the call centre again and I gave my reference number and the call centre agent tells me the account has been closed already but the refund has not been SUBMITTED, so after 7days No one has refunded me with my money but the account has been closed, but when your account is in arrears African Bank is quick to call you and tell you to pay or they will HAND you over to the lawyers, but now money is due to me and I must wait 7days for someone to tell me the refund has not been submitted as yet and I must email proof of payment yet again but i faxed it last week already. SO IRRITATED!!
