This incident happened in september, i was heavily pregnant and i wanted to fill out a form for department of labour to process my uif maternity benefits. i went to absa in quagga centre at pretoria west and there was a long que on the queries section, and then i went to the elderly and pensioners side as i couldnt stand for a long time and was already dizzy and there was no one there. I was helped with a bad attitude from sandra marais who couldnt get my reasons of why i was on that section (which was because i was heavily pregnant and couldnt stant for long) i was asked if im eldery or disabled and given bad looks and attitute by the person mentioned. i felt bad about this and now i made it a point that i am leaving absa for another bank which
