I was issued with new credit card and after updating my address details and then activating my pin I am unable to use the card as transactions are declined to my utter embarrassment. I have visited the Branch on numerous occasions to try and correct the error on the card. First I was told the pin was not activated and then my address details was not processed but still I cant use the card. Every visit is very time consuming as the queues are long and move very slow. Phoning the branch and talking to a Sales Consultant has neither helped. I am an unhappy customer, please assist me.
