Gold Credit Card fiasco-NOT Impressed

Applied for an ABSA gold credit card. All went well up to the stage of collection from the branch which was yesterday morning. I arrived at the Glen Marais branch just after 09:00 and ended up waiting in a queue for "client services" for more than half an hour. The 3 ladies working the counter were incredibly slow. Then when I get there, the credit card is issued in my previous married surname! I applied using my new married surname but they just took old details off their system (I am an ex Absa client) and issued the card incorrectly. Then the lady at the counter says old surname on system I must prove new surname. Have my ID book and marriage certificate but I must prove I'm divorced. Said I had waited long enough and wasn't coming back and she said I could email docs. Need use of the card - now I'm sitting with one in old surname need a new one issued - are you going to charge me TWICE for card now due to your admin error? Also requested sms to be sent to my phone for every transaction - used card yesterday afternoon - NO sms. Also requested a linked Petrol card - don't have it! What now ABSA to make this all right?
