Not giving correct info and wasting time

Wanted to open an account with them, so i went there to find out what I needed. They told me proof of residence and ID book. So came back again with those 2 items and she said no i need my mother to fill out a form to state that i live with her. Came back again with that and got told no i need a copy of her ID too. They waste peoples time. I have been there 3 times with no sucess. They do not inform you properly of everything involved.
