DISSAPOINTED AND HURT

I received my car from Automagic Honeydew after a month and a half of promises and delay as a consequence of an accident I had a month and a half ago.

I dealt with the Manager, Aubrey, I received my car late in the evening Friday 30 August 2013 and have since leaving the workshop experienced problems with the following:
1. The car accelerates without pushing the accelerator when i pull in the clutch;
2. The steering wheel is hard to manoeuvre; and
3. My car is flashing the ABS and hand break warning despite the hand break being down.

My Woolworths consultant is Peter Swart and I have complained to no avail about the Honeydew Workshop. When I attended at the Honeydew Workshop, to fetch my car, Aubrey the manager made complaints regarding additional costs of R 50 000.00 that he has incurred and he can not claim from the insurance. I was made aware that my insurance did not approve to fix the damages on the side window and the main screen despite the assessor informing me that this was done. I asked Aubrey how to do this, he failed to explain to me further. I informed him that i will be conducting a AA test and he indicated that my car would fail the test.
