I THINK THEY DON'T WANT TO ASSIST ME

I attempted to re-open my Capitec account. I took the proof of residence paper from the bank, had the person where I am staying at fill and sign the document. Took it back to the bank and was told I need to bring the person's ID copy with (this info does not even state on the proof of residence form) which I think is uninformative as if I knew this I would have done so in the first place. I then returned 2 weeks later with the Municipality's account dated for the month of July, (this was last week) and the guy at reception tells me it is old and expired because it is passed 3 months which it was not, again I was turned away. And I was told not even my government takes papers that is 3 months old, which was totally irrelevant. I attempted again on Sunday 13 Oct 2013 and they were offline. If they don't want me as a client again then tell this me and I take my business somewhere else
