Yesterday I called SA Warranties to confirm if I can take my car in for repairs as have recently renewed the contract and wanted to make sure it was active before I can take it in. I spoke to Gift whom I gave my policy number to and he confirmed that the policy is active and I can take my car for repairs.
this morning I took my car to Bosch Kempton park as I have been using them for the past two years I have had the policy. I have just received a call from Bosch to tell me that my claim has been rejected because my policy has lapsed. I don't understand as to why did Gift confirm that my policy is active if it has lapsed. I am very angry and disappointed as this situation has inconvenienced me.
