Capitec Bank
Loan Account

I took out two 24 month personal loans on the 21/01/2014. one for R16485.00 and the other for R34179.17 my salary has been going into capitec since some time september 2010 on the 15th of every month. so what normally happens is that capitec deduct the loan repayments everytime my salary is payed onto the account. i have made 24 payments on all my loans-rather capitec has made 24 deductions on my pay date for all the loans. the last deduction date was suppose to be 15/01/2013. now am being told that i have an outstanding amount of R309.52 and R460.01 respectively. no one seems to know how or why. went to the branch on 4/02/2013 to query but still the amount cant be explained. i contacted the call center on 086 102 043 same day and spoke to a lady named Sethu ref 7036146 and she told me that i did not make a payment in April which is incorrect since i have the loans statements that reflect that monies were deducted. and if she claims i did not make the payment, how come the balance is that and not the full monthly repayment amount (R1005.44 and R1839.27).

how come am being made to pay for 25 months when the period is 24 months n i have never missed a single payment?

fnb anyone?
