Account pricing changed wiithout warning

Last week I discovered my FNB Staff account had been changed to another type of account without anyone informing me of this change. After countless phonecalls I was told this was my old employers fault for not informing me that this change would happen. What nonsense - it's the banks responsibility to inform their clients of changes they are making. Then i practically get laughed at for asking for a refund.
What shocking service!!!
