I have a major issue with FNB's credit card system. What I don't understand is how my online account can state one amount which I must pay, but my statements show another? Anyways - after my calculations, which I should have done before I paid, seeing as customers always need to double check the weak service they get from banks, it seems to me that my online amount was almost at a whopping R6000 more than my actual statement. Please FNB, if you are running a let me know, then I'll do the old switcheroo. Seems like I have gone from bad to worse. You mislead me with all the ads about how great you are. Your customer line for queries about credit cards is something that made me laugh - thanks a mil - not only is the service poor but even funny. First National Clowns. Let's sort this out, seeing as I have moved from ABSA to you guys based on poor service, maybe I'll go through the red, green and blue banks in the same year? Ps: I'm not made of money and I certainly don't grow it in my flat so why don't we get to the bottom of this. R6000 is the equivalent of all money in the world to me at this point.
