I Applied online for a personal loan got a quote and everything, then I had to phone fnb the whole time I was promised feedback with in 20 min then I phoned the next day to find out its declined because of missing documentation, this is the bank that says they go out of their way to help you, NO FEEDBACK should be there punch line not HOW CAN WE HELP YOU!!!
