FNB Cant apply for a loan online or via phone

I was trying to apply for a personal Loan online and via the phone. Online it wouldn't accept my physical address and via a phone call the guys kept asking me questions that have nothing to do with me. Such as what is your credit on your Hollard Account.

As far as I'm concerned a Hollard account is a insurance account not a bank account, then he asked me what's my balance on my Mutual and Federal account. I don't have one.

Stupid questions when I already have a cheque account with FNB and am just trying to see if taking a Personal Loan with FNB would be a better option then the high interest rate on a Santam personal loan
