No feedback whatsoeve

I applied for a personal loan last year with FNB. FNB submitted to credit bureau three loans, as if i am paying three loans on this account. I logged a query with FNB and a lady contacted me, stating that she would follow up and get back to me. It is now three weeks and still no phone call from FNB or what is happening.

I thought the slogan is "how can we help you", clearly i get no help from FNB. I have to put my life on hold as i cant get credit anywhere. Every shop tells me to pay the two loans first which i don't have.

Think I should rather go to the ombudsman maybe then FNB will sort this out.
