My girlfriend and I each applied for a personal loan, she is with Nedbank and I am with FNB. We applied for the personal loan on the same day, I was contacted and asked to go to a FNB branch to update my address details, which I have done. 2 days later and I am trying to get hold of any living creature at the loans department, they do not respond to voicemails or Emails. My girlfriend already has her money in her account... And I am still waiting to find out if my is approved. This is the worst service I have ever had from FNB!!
How can they help me? By responding to my emails and phone calls, I am not asking a lot.
