UNAGREED DEBIT AMOUNT

NEDBANK PERSONAL LOAND DIVISION DEBITED A LOT OF MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT INSTEAD OF THE AGREED AMOUNT. NOW THEY DONT WANNA REFUND ME. THEY SAY THEIR CONSULTANTS TOLD ME THAT ARRANGEMENTS ARE ONLY FOR 3 MONTHS, WHICH THEY NEVER DID, I ASKED THE LADY WHO WAS HELPING ME OVER THE PHONE TO PLAY ME THE TAPE OF THE SAID AGREEMENT BUT COULD NOT DO THAT. I ASKED TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGER AND I WAS TOLD THAT SHE IS BUSY, SHE WILL CALL ME BACK. TILL NOW SHE HAS NOT CALLED
