Hi,
After putting an agreement in place regarding the payment of my credit card, which I have defaulted on due to unemployment, with the attorneys of Nedbank, Nedbank still deducted more than the agreed amount from my account. I brought this to the attention of my branch and they were very helpful, but unfortunately I was informed that I have to contact the Credit department directly and speak to Dudu. I was ONLY then informed that Nedbank is not happy with the repayment amount. Now I have been granted the opportunity to get back on my feet and these monies was deposited into my account in order for me to start over, but after explaining this to the consultants they are not bothered and it seems that Nedbank has no compassion that their clients can get back on their feet ONLY IN THEIR MONIES BEING RECOVERED, however I asked them for 6 months repaying a small amount and thereafter increasing it. I was then emailed and told that they will refund half of what they deducted, but only once I put an APO (Automatic Payment Order) in place for a higher amount, which I then did, but then I they go back on their word and inform me that they are not refunding me. How can one trust nedbank!
