After doing a regular check with transunion its come to my attentions that yet again FNB
Has up yet again. I had a personal loan with "FNB" in 2012 acc no# 8902240933
Opening bal: R12 000, Current bal: R18 151.00.
First of all this account has been payed off a long time ago and second - is "fnb" so incompetent
To a point where they people dry and leave them to suffer? My credit is messed up because of such
Ignorance and to think I have walked into the Polokwane branch twice to ask for this to be done, was asked for
Settlement letters which I have exaustedly issued after ups and downs, this is still not done.
Someone needs to have a look at this and deal with the people responsible, I demand this to be done now
Your call center is as useless as your branch. I call customer care and get refered to
Telephone banking, inturn given a number and tranfsered to a closed department without proper probing.
Sort yourselfs out and deliver service not this nonesense.
