A FEW MINUTES AGO I GET AN SMS WITH AN UPDATE THAT MY STANDARD BANK ACCOUNT HAS BEEN DEBITED FOR MY NEDBANK PERSONAL LOAN, THIS DEBIT ORDER WAS ONLY SUPPOSED TO RUN ON THE 1ST OF EVERY MONTH AS AGREED BETWEEN ME AND NEDBANK.THIS ISN'T THE FIRST TIME THAT THIS HAS HAPPENED, SO I CALL NEDBANK AND I WAS ASSISTED BY IVONE RANKUTHU, SHE TELLS ME THAT THIS IS A BUSINESS DECISION FOR DEBIT ORDERS TO RUN EARLIER, THIS WAS A NADOS DEBIT ORDER NO IDEA WHY AS I ALWAYS PAY MY ACCOUNT ON TIME.I ASKED TO BE REFUNDED AND WAS TOLS SHE CANNOT, AFTER I ASKED TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER SHE SAID IT WILL TAKE 24 HOURS, AND AS PER USUAL THERE IS NEVER A MANAGER AVAILABLE ALWAYS IN MEETINGS, IVONE REFUSED TO TRANSFER ME A FEW TIMES WHEN ASKED TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER, I REQUIRE MY REFUND IMMEDIATELY AND REFUSE TO ACCEPT THE 24HOUR TURN AROUND TIME FOR THE DEBIT ORDER TO BE RETURNED!!!
