I have now tried calling, being put on hold, and then given the option to be called back, which I chose, no one called me back. This was after I sent 3 other call requests over the net over a week ago. This is now the second incident that I have had with Miway where no one gets back to you regardless of whether you call or request a call back. I think that their service is not up to standard, and in the time that I have waited for them to call me back I have already got 3 other insurance quoted from other companies.
