Out of all insurance companies in SA I don't know why I ever thought that miway is the best. They just proved that they are just like any other insurance company if they are not the worst.
My car was taken in for front bumper repair on the 21 Oct 2013. Today is the 04 Nov 2013. I called the panel beater by the name Auto hause last week and I was told that it will take 7 working days to fix my car. I called today and the guy at the panel beater could not tell me wher my car was. After holding on for him for almost 10 min, he promised to call me back and im still waiting.
I called you MiWay and I was told that someone will call me as soon as possible but to now. im still waiting. I requested for Mookho to call me back, but still nothing.
All I want is my car fixed before Friday and back home. End of story.

For heaven sake I use this car to go to work. Im currently struggling to get to work. im spending lot of money for public transport. This is. I never thought that miway service will get to this point.
