I am a honest customer, All I want to do is update my policy, when I do it online I get a server 500 error, I've sent you 2 'call me back' requests. It has been more than a week, yesterday I sent you a call me back request again, still no answer.
So if I get into an accident now and need to claim, who's fault will it be if you tell me my policy isn't up to date?
Call me back, or I'll switch insurance companies.
