I have spent the month of October trying to get clear direction and advice from miway about the judgement against me by a 3rd party who was responsible for the accident that took place on the 24 july 2012. i was adviced that since i was insured for 3rd party claims my insurance should take over the case as it is now with the civil court in Pretoria. friday the 4th i spoke to Bianca who never called me back after saying she will speak to her supversior and call me back after 10 minutes, its been 8 days already. the around 15:00 i called again because i was not able to get hold of Ms Govender (011 990 0307) when i eventurally got hold of her she advices that miway willl appoint a lawyer who will contact me during the couse of the week (7th octobr 11th october) NO ONE called me instead i have been calling miway to get some clarity and update on what is going on. I got hold of Ms Govender after holding for what seemed like hours, she said she would call me back and she never did. i am really going thoruugh a stressful period and i was really not expecting such service from miway. i would really hate to have my name tarnished and end up paying someone for something they did!!!
