I have been insured with miway for quite some time, even though i was working for the ''opposition'' i have always been happy with their service levels, their lead to call times as well as their prices.
it seems to me in the last year all of that has dissapeared, THERE IS NO SERVICE!! when calling miway you hold for atleast 20minutes, if you request a call back you are never called back!!! I have a job and cannot hold on the phone everyday for that period of time! I have been trying to cancel my policy for almost a week and now my debit order has been deducted. cancel my policy no
i have now had enough, MIway has now informed me that I must get an alarm or some sort of security device installed, after being insured with them for _ 2years and i have no ciover until this is done yet I am still paying the full premium for comprehensive cover? how do you people think. I have also never received any miway customer rewards?!
i have now got a quote from Budget Insurance and guess what I do not need to get any security devices installed and their premiums are cheaper!!
GET SOMEONE TO CALL ME AS I CANNOT HOLD ON EVERY DAY FOR 20MINUTES!!! I WANT TO CANCEL MY POLICY TODAY!!!
