I am so tired of always having to argue and fight with Miway. From updating details on the system to trying to get a new insurance quote the problems are the same. I tried to get a quote for the new car I am buying and was quoted R4200 for insurance that is R2000 more that the monthly repayment on my car! I have been a so called valued customer with Miway for three years now and this is what they offer me. When I asked to speak to a manager they said they are busy (which is always the case) and they would call me back in the next 72 hours. Honestly who has 3 days to wait for a call back.???
If you try and cancel your policy that is the only time you get their attention because then you will have them trying to call you every hour to retain your account.
I have been offered R1000 for from one of the other major insurance companies and I just find it disgusting that Miway would even dare offer me insurance at that price.
I really hope that this continuous battle with them gets resolved ASAP.
