Miway!!! Not sure how long you will be in business.
I submitted an online request for a call back to get an insurance quote.
I was called and advised that they needed 7-10 minutes to complete the quote.
The lady took more than 20 minutes. After that she asked me if she could hand me over to a senior advisor.
The senior advisor asked me the exact same quesitions. Not sure why.
I asked her (Rabiya, I think) to call me back later in the day to complete the quote.
Its been and entore week and still not call back. My question to you MiWay, If you have given bad service in getting me to be a MiWay client, how are you going to wow me thereafter?
