POLICY CANCELLATION

I sent a call back request online to Miway on Tuesday and was forwarded this ref no: 1378204794000 nobody called me back. I sent it again on Wednesday ref no: 1378286951000 still nothing! I sent another today ref no: 1378360099000. I then decided to call them myself this morning as I really needed to speak to them. I then explained the reason for my call to the consultant who asked me a whole lot of questions as if she was going to assist me... she then put me on hold for someone else to assist me. My goodness I was kept on hold for about 5-6 minutes. I mean seriously I took my time to call them yet they didnt have the decency of returning my call, now here I am calling them and they put me on hold for so long!!! I used my money to call them and I'm their customer but they still dont have a sense of urgency!!! No man this is ridicilous. I am really dissappointed in miway, seriously! If they can't even return a call back, then why bother including the service when all they do is ignore our call back requests!!!
