One of my secondary garage cards was misplaced. I asked her how to go about canceling the card, as I don't have the card number and it's also not displayed on my internet banking.
She said I must send her an email giving the primary card number, then she will be able to cancel the secondary card.
The outcome - all my garage cards has been canceled!!
I then sent her a mail yesterday inquiring about this - her response was a mail forwarded to me that was sent by her to Absa card devision stating the following: Please cancel card for Y E Becker and not his card.
Nothing happened.
When phoning her this morning her response was as follows: It's out of her hands but she can give me the number to phone if I would like to follow up on it myself.
I then phoned Absa complaints, the lady gave my a number for Oscar Ziziba stating that he was the one to talk to in this regard.
I have now phoned this number 011 350 5194 four times and no answer.

This is just one of the many problems we have with Absa, I can write a book about their bad service.
