I collected my APPROVED CREDIT Card from the BRANCH and want to apply for a secondary card for my wife because I could not do so over the internet on the original application.
Vanessa and her consultant told me I need to bring my payslip or auditors letter because I have my own business to apply for a secondary card. This is totally wayward since I already have been approved.
I phoned ABSA card and they tell me no, I don't need to supply a payslip since I already have the card. Phoned back the branch and explained to Vanessa but she and the consultant stick to their requirements.
