About three weeks ago, I phoned the call center and requested secondary cards for family members on my credit card. The consultant was helpful, and even took their ID numbers etc. I receive an SMS that I can go and pick up my cards at the Centurion branch, and with a shock I find out that dumb ABSA replaced my credit card??? No secondary cards!!! And apparently now I have to hand in salary slips etc for secondary cards. I DO NOT WANT A NEW ACCOUNT!!!
