BRAND NEW ABSA CARD USED FOR

I am incredibly upset with ABSA.
I received a brand new credit card in April. I have not used it once.
Yesterday I receive a notification from ABSA that they suspect activities on my card. I phone immediately to find out what was going on. I asked the consultants how it would be possible for someone to use my card if I haven't even used it! I have NOTIFY me on my credit card, but has not received one sms telling me of the activities. I can't even see the details of my credit card statement on Internet Banking.
The 4 consultants I spoke to said that the department will investigate. I phoned again this morning - no one phoned me. I am very very upset about this situation and deeply disappointed in ABSA.
