On the 27.06.2013 I started my application for what seemed to be a simple Garage Card. It's now almost been two months and I still have no cards.

The Private Banker assigned to me, Deon Alberts managed to the hole concept of having a personal banker up. He send me an entire book of application forms to sign, not stating which I had to sign or where I had to sign. After a numerous amount of emails we got this sorted out. My cards never arrived.

I eventually got hold of he's Manager, Hennie Pepler. Hennie also failed to sort the issue out.
Although he stated there was a stuff up from ABSA's side and they destroyed the 1st set of cards, but I should not worry, as the cards will be reprinted and issued last week Tuesday (06.08.2013) and that I will definitely have it before Friday (09.08.2013).

I still have no garage cards...

I've been banking with ABSA for the past 18 odd years, now tell me ABSA, What must I do to receive decent service and a set of garage cards from you???

Move to FNB perhaps??
