Two months ago Roy Jacobs meet with me to help me sort out my life Insurance as I had one with Absa Bank and Sanlam he made promises that it will all be sorted and I would be happy, then at the end of July 2013 after the policy's were ment to be cancelled I was debited the full fee from Sanlam and Absa after Roy promised that it would not happen aswell as charged for my new policy with discovery. He promised to convert the old policy's and build me a new one. Then again this month I was debited for my old policy's after Contacting him regarding the last debit. He does not reply to emails nor does he deliver on promises. I Contacted him on the 2nd of September 2013at night after I saw the debit go off to ask him what is happening. He said he would get back to me, and yet I still have no response I will no longer keep my policy with discovery and request immediate response and reimbursement for my financial losses before corrective action is taken.
