I called in to adjust my yearly increase amount on my policy. Whilst talking to Stanley Dihele I asked him if it was possible to increase my house content and to work out a new monthly fee. Stanley gladly assisted me with this and I accepted the increase.

Stanley deals with customers in a very professional yet friendly manner. He portrays a good customer service image. Keep up the great customer service delivery Stanley.
