I have requested this policy to be cancelled twice now. Yet I get emails indicating that I have withdrawn my cancellation request. I have not done that. Which means that someone else is re-submitting this life policy request on my behalf. I want to ask Discovery to please respond to my request to CANCEL the life policy with immediate effect and not to contact me again with regards to Life Insurance. When calling them to cancel the policy YET ONCE AGAIN, the line kept dropping thus not enabling me to go through the verification process to once again cancel the policy and to find out who submitted the Withdrawal of cancellation request.
