What happened to my life policy???

I am sending through this complaint as I have received no feedback from [Email Removed] on my email sent Tuesday 31 December 2013.

I noticed that I no longer have a debit order going off for my absa life policy 6418417877. The last deduction was on 27/05/2013 for R161.31. Now I want to know does this mean I no longer have a life policy with you? At the time I took it out with Alta Cahill and was contacted by her assistant earlier this year to introduce me to a new life policy through discovery health but I was never informed that my current policy will fall away. What happened to all the contributions I made thus far? If I had'nt to pick this up and something happened to me then I would not have received any payout?! Please rectify this immediately and contact me with feedback. I will appreciate if you contact me via email if its during office hrs otherwise you may contact me telephonically after 5pm
