The dealer A to Z Motors Stormvoel rd Pretoria, where I purchased the goods marketed and sold the goods to myself under false pretence. I was under the impression that the said goods, were the specified model that the service provider had given me a quotation on. The model described by the dealer to myself and the service provider was an ISUZU KB250 D FLEETSIDE P/U, S/C. Upon investigation of the resale value of the said goods as I wanted to resell the car it was discovered that the said goods were in fact a different model as described above and stated on the finance contract. The Isuzu dealer confirmed that the goods were in fact and ISUZU KB250D P/U, S/C, LWB (LONG-WHEELBASE) workhorse that is valued lower than the model stated above. After confronting the dealer I was told it was the salesman mistake and they couldn't be held responsible. Upon approaching the bank I was told they would forward the complaint to the dealer and if their response was different to mine there was nothing they could do as they are just MEDIATORS, and if the issue still persisted I should go to the ombudsman. I need to cancel the contract as its for a different car than I have in my possesion
