I traded my vehicle for a used Nissan NP200. My specifications were given accordingly, I wanted the NP200 1.6L 16V SE model which includes ABS, dual airbags, electric windows. After purchase I relished that the vehicle sold to me was not the SE model but the S. This was to great concern to me as I travel a lot and wanted the safety features that were only available on the SE mode. After confronting the salesmen he was stunned and claimed it is the SE model. On the contract it clearly states a SE model was sold to me. It was later confirmed by the dealer that they sold me an S model. After several calls and nearly 5 weeks later they finally agreed to install electric windows and central locking to compensate for the mistake he made. The installations were made as agreed. I was disappointed in the knowledge of the garage and most of all the salesperson's quality control. It seemed as if they had no training or the ability to do their work, totally incompetent. After 4 months the cheap after marked electric windows stopped working. The vehicle was returned for repairs. It is now 10 days and the vehicle is still there.
It was a total waste of my money and time!!!
