I 740220 5232086 Mr C. Snyders residing in Pretoria bought a BMW X5 on the 03 Oct 13 from Great Value Cars in Randburg through BAJ Investments as a dealer.
On the 16 Oct 13 the car broke down. My insurances ensure that my car was back in my yard the same night. Immediately with the breakdown on the 16 Oct 13, i phone the salesman, Alex at 076 9190134 who promise to help me to fix the vehicle ASAP. I phoned MFC to inform that the vehicle they finance is standing still within 2 weeks from buying it. The dealer sent me from pillar to post until i deliver the vehicle myself to their premises in Randfontein. As from the 16 Oct 13, im sitting without a vehicle and still MFC want me to pay for goods that are not even in my possession.
Today is the 08 Nov 13, almost a month has past and the vechile is still standing at Great Value Cars in Randburg and nothing as been done from the dealer or the bank side!!! This is totally unacceptable how the banks and the dealers are currently treating their costumers.
