AGAIN AND AGAIN NOTHING HAS CHANGED, DISGUSTED

I wonder what happened to AIG, When I initially joined life was stress free claims were sorted in 7 days, there was no need to call for a follow up. Now the price has gone up the service has come down. I have to wait at least 15min before talking to someone then you are put on hold for another 15min just to be told your claim hasn't been captured. I understand that there are processes and procedures but what has changed since 2010. Last year I had to complain just for the claim to processed. We pay for a service that is non existant. D day is Thursday this week. I had to call 4 to 6 and waisted my time and money. Looks like people working there do not have an SLA or have a dont care attitude. 14days is 14 days to me and none more.
