I Bought a Chana star as a 2012 model during May 2013. I want to sell the Chana, and found that it is a 2008 model and not a 2012, There are also a lot more issues that is still not sorted from the start of the contract with the dealer and the finance company MFC. Henry Skinner could not provide the service-plan book, when I bought the vehicle the kilometer reading was on 20000 (that was acceptable) for a 2012 model with one previous owner, but now that it is in fact a 2008, it does not make sense. I've e-mailed my complaint to Jan Kruger Dealer Principal, [Email Removed] -no reply. The mail was also forwarded to a Mr Alberts, the Regional Managar [Email Removed] Ive tried to phone the Motor Industry Ombud on 0123618824 (the number given by Pearl Auto) with no answer, no reply. Please help!
