During July 2013 I called MFC to take out a service plan as the dealer advised me to call them. The dealer in actual fact said they will phone me. Long story short. I took in the vehicle for its service today and dealer asked me to get policy number when I phoned in I was told there is no service plan. Their system shows that a request was send through to liquid capital and that they could not get hold of me. I was transferred to a manager and held on for more than 10 min. No one at the time of calling in to take out the maintenance plan told me that a third party does the service plan so I was under the impression it was done.
