My 2011 Isuzu double Cab has some rust on chassis (small) and as still under gtee i requested the GM dealer Peter James Motors in Springs to repair.
Dealer then said that D/C must go a panelbeater for repair and it will take up to a week, I requested a courtesy car and after a long issue of speaking to dealer principle Bokkie who told a few untruths and said even if he was prepared to provide a courtesy i must r5000 deposit? yet i must let him send my car to an unknown panel beater??
I also raised issues about how dirty my car was from a recent service coupled with a broken wiper blade and the response was pathetic how can this person be a GM dealer???
I recommend this dealer be avoided as the attitude of the owner is disgusting and service provided below standard
