2 weeks later still no simple smart bonus payout

9th September estimated payout for simple smart bonus phone call center everyday to ask why it was not paid out yet. Same story takes up to three working days for eft to go from bank to bank. Was assured by each agent for week that i will definitely get it paid out. Phoned call center again on Saturday the 16th September agent said had a case the previous month with the same issue and was also paid out a week later. Agent phoned me back on Monday could not take the call. Point of the matter is its the 18th September and there's still no payout.premiums are all paid up no claims no bonus too from dial direct. How do i escalate this because it cant keep going on like this. Call center agents have no clue of when the estimated date of payout is from when its specified on the policy. Also followed up with my bank and there's no sign of any pending payout from dial direct. Typical insurerer attitude - quick to take slow to payout.
