I received my Cash Bonus hassle free and on time

I would like to give honour where honour is due by saying Thank you so much to all at Dial Direct. I recall speaking to Mr Louis Meyer concerning my bonus payout and to Dylan with regards to changing my personal info on the policy for me Dylan is a customer service Champion he did'nt only assist me with the enquiry but went an extra mile & saved me an excess of R700 which I could have spent buying a new tyre due to being mis represented by the tyre shop agent.

The main reason for this compliment is because I was told that my cash back bonus was due on the 10th of December & I was happy to receive a bank credit notification first thing on the 10th. It felt good knowing that I am dealing with trust worthy people, the payment was made without me having to follow up. I think I speak well when I say IT PAYS TO GO DIRECT & I am looking forward to yet another 4 fruitful years with DIAL DIRECT. Yes we did fight before but it good to see that I'm dealing with human beings who err & also take corrective measures where possible. You all should see the couch I am going to buy with my bonus as an add on to my savings Xmas sure came early for me this year & its all thanks to DIAL DIRECT
